Who we are
Apolaris Design is an interior design studio based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through apolarisdesign.com.
Contact for privacy questions: popoffa.lara@gmail.com, +1 587 897 9734.
What we collect
When you send the consultation request form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number and the description of your request. The form can only be sent after you tick the consent box. The website does not ask for payment details.
If you contact us by phone, email, Telegram, WhatsApp or Instagram, we receive the information you choose to share there.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request, arrange and provide a consultation or our services, and stay in touch with you about them. We do not sell or rent personal information and do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Form submissions pass through a Cloudflare Worker and are delivered to us as a message in Telegram. These providers process the data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside Canada.
Links to Instagram, Telegram and WhatsApp open those services; their own privacy policies apply there.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies and do not load third-party trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. Your language choice (EN, RU or UA) is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site opens in the same language next time. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies to protect the website.
How long we keep it
We keep request details for as long as we need them to reply to you and provide our services, and as long as the law requires us to keep business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent and have it deleted by writing to popoffa.lara@gmail.com. We handle personal information in line with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), Canada’s PIPEDA and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta (oipc.ab.ca).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
